How you subscribe
You request the plan on the web (“My plan”). FastLane approves it. Payment today is by bank transfer; the plan turns on when FastLane confirms payment. There is no in-app payment.

- Is Core a trial?
- No. Core stays free: it does not expire or turn into a paid plan. Ordering from the usual screen is free and unlimited.
- How do you pay for Pro?
- Payment today is by bank transfer. You request Pro on the web; FastLane tells you how to pay after approving the request.
- When does a paid plan turn on?
- When FastLane confirms payment. There is no automatic activation or charge inside the app.
- What does Lane add in Pro?
- Unlimited Lane (finds, compares offers, builds the order, repeats purchases, returns) and Lane Customer Service (order status, invoice, credit, overdue invoices, incidents, and handoff to a person). Core includes 2 trial Lane orders.
- What if a supplier goes over orders, products, or users?
- Overage applies: RD$75 per extra order, RD$2,500 per block of 500 products, and RD$1,500 per extra user. Quotas are metered and never block a sale.
- How many users does each restaurant plan include?
- Core includes 3 users per location, Pro 10, and Intelligence unlimited users. If you hit the limit, you cannot add another user — upgrade your plan whenever you want. Restaurant plans have no per-user overage charge. Intelligence remains coming soon; ask us to notify you from the contact form.
