Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Managing order-related requests

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Party responsible for the request

FastLane does not define a uniform commercial return, refund, or cancellation policy. Each supplier independently establishes its own policy, including eligibility requirements, conditions, required evidence, and deadlines.

The policy applicable to a request is that of the supplier that fulfilled the relevant product or service and issued the charge shown under its name on the card statement.

If an order includes multiple suppliers, each suborder and charge is evaluated separately under the corresponding supplier’s policy; any refund is also processed separately against that supplier’s charge.

How to request a return

FastLane may receive or route a request to the responsible supplier as a technology intermediary and communication channel.

The supplier, not FastLane, evaluates the request under its policy and decides whether to approve or reject it. FastLane does not create or override the supplier’s policy and does not guarantee eligibility, approval, or the outcome of a request.

Refunds to the card

When a supplier approves a refund, that supplier processes it against the charge it issued. Charges and refunds from different suppliers therefore appear and are handled separately.

After the supplier processes an approved refund, the time the card issuer takes to post it may vary and is outside FastLane’s control.

Cancellation before dispatch

Cancellation requests made before dispatch must first be addressed with the responsible supplier and are evaluated under that supplier’s cancellation policy.

Partially delivered orders

Requests concerning missing products or partial deliveries must first be addressed with the responsible supplier under its policy. For orders involving multiple suppliers, each suborder and charge is evaluated separately.

Disputes and chargebacks

Disputes and requests related to chargebacks must first be addressed with the supplier that issued the charge, under that supplier’s policy. FastLane may route communications to the responsible supplier, but does not decide the outcome or replace applicable supplier or card issuer rules.
