Scope and responsibility
Each supplier independently defines and executes the delivery policy applicable to the suborder it fulfills. The supplier preparing and fulfilling that suborder is responsible for its dispatch and delivery.
When an order includes multiple suppliers, the suborders may be dispatched and delivered separately under each supplier’s policy.
FastLane acts as a technology intermediary and routing channel. It does not transport goods, establish or override supplier logistics policies, or guarantee supplier delivery times or outcomes.
Coverage and delivery options
Each supplier independently determines its coverage and the delivery methods it uses for its suborders.
FastLane does not establish or expand coverage areas, select carriers on a supplier’s behalf, or replace the delivery methods defined by that supplier.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Each supplier defines the dispatch and delivery estimates applicable to its suborders and is responsible for carrying them out.
FastLane may route information provided by the supplier, but does not guarantee the supplier’s estimates, delivery times, or outcomes.
Delivery costs
Each supplier defines the delivery costs applicable to the suborders it fulfills. For orders involving multiple suppliers, each suborder may have different costs under the responsible supplier’s policy.
FastLane does not establish, change, or guarantee the logistics costs defined by each supplier.
Tracking and receipt
Each supplier defines and executes the tracking and receipt process for its suborders, including any information it provides about delivery status.
FastLane may serve as a channel for routing information or requests to the responsible supplier, without undertaking the tracking or delivery itself.
Partial, late, or failed deliveries
Requests or incidents involving missing products, delays, damage, partial deliveries, or failed deliveries must first be directed to the responsible supplier through the available FastLane channel.
The supplier fulfilling the suborder is responsible for evaluating the incident and applying any remedies available under its own policy. FastLane routes the communication but does not establish or override those remedies and does not guarantee the outcome.
