Communications between the browser and the FastLane website or platform are encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.

FastLane applies reasonable measures consistent with industry practices to protect transmitted information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the Internet can guarantee absolute security.

Card payments are processed in full through AZUL, an authorized payment processor in the Dominican Republic. Card data is entered and processed only on AZUL’s platform.

FastLane does not collect, store, or access the full card number, expiration date, or security code.

FastLane retains only the transaction result (approved or declined), amount, date, and identifiers returned by the processor.

When applicable, the card issuer may require additional authentication through 3D Secure, including Verified by Visa/Visa Secure and Mastercard ID Check.

AZUL complies with security and encryption standards applicable to the payment industry and is responsible for the environment in which card data is entered and processed.

Protect your credentials and authentication codes, and do not share them with others.

Sign out after using FastLane on a shared device.

Immediately report any unauthorized use or transaction to FastLane and the card issuer.
